For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if:
• The hygiene seal is intact
• The swing tag is still attached
• The item has not been worn
• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Package your item
Place the item back in its original packaging and ensure it is securely wrapped to avoid damage during return shipping.
Send it back
Return the item using the address provided in your return confirmation email.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Can I return swimwear?
For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal and swing tag are still in place, the item has not been worn, and the return is requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Your bank may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
What if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at info@castawayreef.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
